Level before course: A2-. You have completed Pre-Intermediate 1 or a similar course.
Level after course: A2

After completing this course, you will have reached level A2, which is a very important level. It is seen as the minimum level required to be able to use the Dutch language effectively in every day conversations. After this course, you will be able to arrange everything yourself necessary in daily life - in Dutch!

Building up confidence is fundamental when you want to put into practice what you have learned. Therefore, at ABC Dutch we pay a lot of attention to creating a safe environment so you will feel confident to take part in Dutch society. We will practice with communicating in past, present and future tenses, by reading, listening, writing, speaking, instructions and fun games. Topics include education & work and we will practice useful telephone conversations. You will learn a lot about life in The Netherlands.

We do group conversations and activities. Your teacher will also offer plenty of one on one contact, so you get the help where needed. This is possible due to our small group sizes in combination with our friendly, enthusiastic and devoted teachers.
